I think it's more a reflection of that particular stock perhaps being a little overvalued, relative to peers. I don't think BOE will have any difficulty raising it's next tranche of money from the market and MHC have just raised and any shortfall will be snapped up imo.

That said, this uranium resurgence won't happen overnight and won't be huge this year.
