Yeah, I did see that they are looking for a JV partner in that project, and just the mention of Cobalt could issue a volume response like that I guess, even if it appears to be a secondary project at best, probably third in line actually, with the Graphite project second.
Recent presentations claim they are putting all efforts into the Bauxite project.
I must admit I was finding it difficult to get very excited about it, which is why I posted it,
the cobalt angle does seem the answer to the recent volume increase, as it does for a few others.
