I'm thinking that anyone who wanted to really sell ,including the stale bulls, between here and the previous spike level would have just about done so by now. Plus there's no threat of an imminent CR any more . They've popped their head up this morning to see who was there and got a few but it seems to me that the next kick up will be more powerful than the last with less traffic to negotiate,possibly newsflow initiated because someone's been ferreting them away for a while.

Just conjecture,let's see if anything happens these next few weeks
