    I think property has had its day for a little while in Sydney now. Brisbane may still offer some growth, unit prices in Sydney may drop next year due to the over-supply. You have to admit though without this negative gearing bs... it wouldn't be as high as it is today. Personally, I believe negative gearing should be limited to one property not multiples.
