CLQ is looking very good at the moment and possibly in the early stages of a nice recovery.
After a strong move up in June it is now steadily settling back in a bullish flag manner. Another similar surge at any time is not out of the question. The chart hasn't looked this good for a long time.
The only thing of concern to me is that the sector is still struggling to gain a footing. Rallies are still being sold into and then some.
