i could never figure the excitement over TLM and the old Lucknow mines.....add to that the old goldfields of Gulgong and Hill End....they try to ressurect them but it has always been a lost cause for a variety of reasons.....the old goldfields of NSW will never amount to anything.....Lucknow is now a satellite suburb of Orange....any plan suggesting a mine would get quashed straight away due to public opposition, let alone any mine related issues such as groundwater.....PASS....
It never fails to amuse me in regard to attempts to revitalise....or pump.....projects based on what happened 100 years ago..... as far as NSW is concerned....a lost cause...
I've lived here long enough to see explorers come and go, SVL being a classic..... they've tried for 30 years, via different owners, missed the mining boom, but still persist in bluffing the market into saying its a winner....funny.....
