It begins, or shall I say "shall we begin" ...
Sort of anticipated yesterday, an island reversal and with a long range bar down on heavy volume. In the context of the strong move up, history would suggest this is not going to be a minor pullback.
My "guess" at this stage is a correction of at least the Fibonacci .382 of the entire move up from the March low in the case of the S&P500. This would be a retest of the May lows.
I would still be surprised if that is the extent of this correction.
