Oh yes I'm sure you are right PB, I doubt he cares for any laws and would not expect it to deter him (although those around him I would hope it still does). But he's also the king of brovado, he very much wants to come across as the big tough guy, without necessarily following through all the time. We can't always takes his words at face value.

But it's obviously a very volatile situation right now, so who knows how this all ultimately plays out. I know I would like a peaceful resolution for all, but things don't always turn out that way. I don't follow him on social media but just had a look through his recent tweets... troubling reading indeed. Short term it's hard to see tensions easing.
