    WTF.... What are they trying to do here?

    This is the only way we survive as an economy. What Americans who are finding 40% value on their dollar now have to wait for investment approval to buy out a failing company at which time could go under creating more unemployment and less efficiency or movement within the economy ...

    Our government is absolutely clueless
