Looking at MSB who have been in the news the MACD gave a nice clear signal on 27th March - if one had been watching it closely....

And in relation to that article published on Domain re overseas interest in Australian up-market property - I sent them an email to question whether all these actual "enquiries" had turned into sales. So far no reply but will certain update if they do answer.
