90 million escrowed shares are owned by the vendors of the leases to MRQ. Mr. Mark Alvin and Robert Walker are ex Sofala. They are on the ground in Mozambique.
I do not expect them to dump these shares, but this is just my opinion.
They have further Performance hurdle shares dependent on delivering a 350 Million MT JORC and MC of over $100 million.
