That's another example of supplyside inflation, and it shouldn't become endemic or persistent, as covid becomes manageable and as more ships are built and supply chains are rethought the pressures on shipping costs will ease. The situation won't resolve itself in months, but the same conditions shouldn't exist in 3 years time.
