At some stage will the estimated 74 million odd US voting consumers that did not vote for Biden choose to boycott some of these "woke" companies that now want to cancel everything Trump to curry favour with the ruling party (Twitter, Facebook, Walmart, Nike, Amazon, etc) and could we see any unintended negative financial consequences they suffer reflected in the major indexes ahead?
A related question is, would any move like that affect the ASX in a positive or negative manner.
My main watch now is for ASX Stocks that are doing good business in supplying the Asian regions. US looks stuffed for the forseeable future as they sort themselves out culturally and politically.
China "belt and road" growth through Asia/Africa and up into Russia looks to be the prevailing wind for near future economic growth.
A tricky one for Oz politicians to work out as they try to straddle this fence.
