    There were sheep in the paddock below where I live in the 1830's

    My ancestors ended up buying them for a song around 1840 which corresponded to a land/ livestock price crash.

    The US stock market crashed in 1837 I just discovered. Then I knew about 1937.

    1929 we all know about. Did covid response represent the start of another short term debt cycle ( around 8 years ) ?

    Or did governments supercharge something to make it so fast and powerful that it will blow up before most engines?

    Some say the long term debt cycle ended in 08 in the US I'm not sure about Australia though who has an opinion here?
