Something that may be of interested regarding the 'property bubble', which we haven't reallyexperienced in the West. It's been more like a rapid regain of value lost over the past decade.
Property values are not yet back to where they were at the peak 10 years ago, likewise with rentals. So we are still well behind in real terms.
