if you look at lyc scoot along and rerate post its consolidation it seems to confirm my experience that the really good specs go through the exploration stage and raise cash as specs and when they have proved themselves up and want the funds to invest in them seriously we normally see a consolidation. it tends to see them fall initially before the funds get on and they recover and then rerate a la lyc
cmm did the hard work last year and has had its fall and consolidation stage so hopefully ready to rerate
