I think its possible that the big big players just step in and take control of lithium at some point. MinRes and Gina are doing a good job building out their lithium portfolio but they may have to become really aggressive at some point to keep that momentum.

We are now getting headlines like this from Exxon who are moving into Lithium in a big way.



Then if you look at the BHPs of the world who have pivoted from oil and gas and have also started selling down coal assets.
Do they become somewhat vulnerable with only Iron Ore and Copper? Do we start seeing them cleaning up the lithium producers?

Its certainly a fascinating area to watch over the coming years.
