@minoil Maybe you are correct with heavy industry only and that's why FMG have had their eye on it as batteries are not a logical solution to mining.
JCB in the UK have proven that hydrogen works just like diesel. Posted this before so apologies if it is a repeat.
Worth a watch though.
Given the capital required to create, transport & store (normal containment just doesn't cut it due to the size of the H2 molecule), it will only be adopted by large consumers IMHO only.
