I mentioned in my notes yesterday that I would update my chart of gold if we got any signals overnight. So here we are. The daily close of gold. Now I have three lines on this chart – all parallel. Note how we bounced of the middle line overnight and rallied strongly. If the price can stay above this line, then we are headed dramatically higher and this recent trading will prove to have been a bit A, B C correction. So, a lot resting on trading here. If it doesn’t hold then we definitely need to do more work.
