Unemployment up stocks up ?
I don't mind Nassim Taleb - he speaks of non linear events in real life.
Like if traffic is 50 % heavier than normal the journey time is not 50% greater it can be 100's of percent greater.
Same with unemployment it seems to grow in a non linear way once it gets going.
Unemployment up stocks up worked in the 90's though so who knows.
I just remember in regional Victoria the lines at centrelink with covid before covid was really even a thing to worry about.
Just a panic response by businesses or underlying economy ?
No idea just very interesting to me.
