Just sayin' if anyone is awake at 4am in morning for Fed interest rate decision one of my favorite "games" is watching a live chart with 1 minute candles. Most things are fun to watch but gold will be what I have my eye on. Gave up thinking I was clever enough or quick enough to trade the moves but 1% ++ moves either direction are very common in first minute and up to 15 minutes..... over the last few years I have come to note that the first big move is often NOT will prevail.
Probably just me but I enjoy it!
