"Been intrigued by the down trend in price of wheat; woke to this chart from this fantastic lady who does hand drawn charts! Here are her notes" "
"Thought it might be relevant to you?"
His response, "Very relevant to all grain growers!!! It's interesting in that l deal a bit in the swaps market, where values are set on the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT). Last year l sold wheat (around mid year) @ $404/t, & bought it back at $320 in Feb 24. Since then the cbot price has lifted around $20/t, which looks different to the graph you sent!! Anyway, it's something l'm keeping an eye on...& am pessimistic about the wheat price for 24/25. "
