Anyway, thanks for the confirmation re VIX … see my (non-inverted) comparison with S&P below … the recent VIX spike lines perfectly with the S&P dip, but rising S&P whilst the VIX has been in uptrend for several months has me scratching my head
TBond yields are a wild animal … the flight to safety moves with moves associated with dovish/hawkish comments from the US Fed se3m difficult to fathom quickly.
