PEN has been demolished by the major holder offloading on market for months on end at any cost. This Global X ETF rebalancing is just going to compound the issue. Having said that, none of the fundamentals have changed (although TA looks atrocious) and it looks like an opportunity. I'm pretty close to pulling the trigger but just waiting for it to hopefully consolidate and base a little before going back higher.
Underlying fundamentals on Uranium look great, although most have been saying that for a while now..
