dunno. in a sector so reliant on private long term contracts, i'm not sure this is going to push the price up significantly. The global supply will be the same anyway, and it does't increase demand. The only impact is on whether US suppliers (ex-Russia) have enough capacity to meet demand in the short term. If they don't i'm sure there will be a long line of suitors putting their hand up to fill the gap given how oversupplied global markets are.
