REE's in general might get a big old tail wind if the China/US tariff negotiations don't improve. Strategically important for the US, yet China control 95% of global supply. Guess who has most of the rest?
LYC chart actually looks superb (it's obviously been far too long since i looked). Couple of nice bull flags confirmed on various time scales and now heading out the top of recent base on volume. I'm buying right here looking for 3.50
