For the tax reporting aspect I would be looking into Sharesight. Great web based software that integrates with most online brokers (either directly or by setting a second email address for your confirmation notes). It updates prices at the end of the day to show where you stand for either one or more accounts. It also spits out CGT reports for personal, super and company tax rates. You can nominate FIFO, LIFO, maximise or minimise CGT on a per stock basis to suit your year's needs. And in case you are wondering I don't have any association with the company apart from being a user.

Brokers I don't have as much of a view on. One day I would like to get Openmarkets' Pulse platform for the broker data but haven't gotten around to it yet.
