Just curious from an education perspective what key indicators do the gurus use to predict the next period of activity after many months decline then basing, one good thrust up on significantly increased volume....

Is it consolidation, retrace, gaps left or a combination?

Once again your dealing with a novice who is trying to keep charting simple, but accept I may need to be more sophisticated over time.
