@Anton Chigurh for completeness, I am more of a trader than investor with shares and I think a little differently ( That's not to denigrate investors here, simply I have a little bit of property as my investments, so I balance that with trying to trade). So, part the way I think with KOR, is I'm not fully interested in the whole story playing out, although that is on my mind, but moreso KOR reaching what I call my sweet spot. In this case I have brought in at the current market cap, and I am looking for KOR to at reach $26 million market cap as a first step......my sweet spot. And as our buddy cha would say, we can then re-assess. For me I could add to, double up, hold, sell half, or partials, and so on, depending on other opportunities, the liquidity of KOR, the further outlook and so on. I try not to lock myself into any companies total story, but more to where I can reach my sweet spot, or decision time.
So, back to KOR. Although the big picture is eventual mining, which because it is a simple open pit with little cover, near transport, with minimal Capex, should be quick and as a result quick share price appreciation, I would like to think that my sweet spot is achivable well before then, giving me my goals. I've forgetton the code, but there is a phosphate rock company in the middle of the NT with a market cap. of $26 million based on it's prospects. So, for me, so long as the spec market picks up and if KOR demonstrate that they are totally commited to Winchestor then you would think 26-30 mkt cap would be achievable in short time. They are in the process of doing this right now. The last report stated that they are in the highly advanced stages of discussion in leasing out their phosphate rock quarry. They have also stated the desire to sell other assets. If these come off there is a chance the share price will hit my sweet spot, or at the very least, limit any downside as the main game plays out.
Any way, as i judeg you as one of the real straight shooters around here (as compared to all those that push their own agenda) I just thought I would share my thought processes as we all see things differently, and for me I try to keep my capital fluid and my thinking fluid to constantly strive for the best and fastest opportunities....(as opposed to waiting years for the story to play out....which it doesn't always do in the spec end of the market)
I am only aiming for my sweet spot on KOR......the rest is cream on the cake, and a lot of cream at that. I try to do that with all my companies, hit the sweet spot whether it's a 10%, 20% or 100% gain, that's all I aim for initially, and then re-evaluate.
