Just laugh at the temerity of a business that takes security over a house to secure a loan and then dares to make a claim on that security (joke) .... just not sure what alternative rules and restrictions will come out of all this. BUT can expect restrictions on bank / >regulation =

-lower housing growth ..... what .... houses CANNOT go down can they?
