Been working through the numbers here, being a stock that I have taken a decent investment in I have given it more time than the average speccy, especially after the drop..... will post the findings tomorrow which have reinvigorated by bullishness.
In short it appears that the primary sellers are either unable to work a calculator or acting on information outside of the public realm.
