Back to your comment that trading through a bear market doesn't mean anything. Were you trading size through GFC or still in nappies? Did you make money or spend most of the time on the sidelines? Everyone learns though these experiences, and the type of learning is situation dependent. To say it means nothing is a ridiculous statement.
