A drug that inhibits Cortisol? Just thinking outside the square for a moment, that could have wider implications (and applications) than first appearances.
Cortisol is really a nasty hormone is left unchecked. Deposition of visceral fat, increased blood pressure, elevated insulin and insulin resistance, elevated cholesterol and arterial plaque build up are all associated with long term elevated Cortisol.
It could almost be "marketed" as a life style drug given 21st century western living conditions.
