Thanks @Teddyward - one of the problems I have is at some stage I need to move my Super Fund across as well and I have to admit that having seen people lose money with brokers over the years, I would have preferred to have a bank at the back door - although after this week, I wonder what value that is. I really only have fairly simple needs but I just cannot believe that NAB Iress don't include CHI.X. Have already sent them a fairly "strong" email and about to send one to ANZ about the way they have treated clients who have been with them for years. I must have been with them for twenty years although haven't always been that active. Still, they wonder why people get their knickers in a knot over the way banks behave.
