I have followed CDV as well, but besides a few trades for lunch money I'm not tempted to go long or strong due to the sovereign risk and also the metallurgical challenges.

In keeping with the intent of the XSO threads my two best picks for likely takeover targets at the small to micro cap level are ERM and BRB. Both are exploration companies in Ozzie gold that might already have discovered elephant sized ore bodies. However, EVN have the inside running for ERM already and that might stop ERM getting a premium on any takeover. BRB are still early days, but might have found a new gold bearing system. Time will tell, but if so then that could be huge...... like very very big. Watch that space.
