    no, It's a great wrap for those observations you make................

    Markets run pretty much on emotions, which is what we technical analysts spend our time analysing. If they did not run on emotion, but merely fundalmentals, you would not get the sell-downs in BHP like we have had ......nor the huge run-ups in stocks that amount to nothing, nor the pump and dumps. Look at the huge variation in KPO's valuation the last few weeeks, when nothing fundalmentally has changed.


    Fundalmentals count, but emotion rules.


    And as for trying to predict the future direction, you are again right. Way too much time is spent on that.....like trying to find the absolute bottom or top price of a stock, again so much energy and time goes into that as well.

    your observations to my way of thinking are very astute. I'll sum them up in this sentence.......

    Study the fundalmentals, leave out the emotions, read and act on the chart signals and ignore the rest.

    Don't over think!
