APC now has a significant advantage over its potash brine peers .Looking at the native title claim website the local indigenous groups have missed the chance to lodge a native title claim over APC ground .The mining licence application was advertised in the Koori Mail on January 11th and they had until Thursday last week to lodge a claim .Now they cannot lodge a claim which means APC will be the only Australian potash brine junior without the dramas that go with a native title claim and that should cut their development timeline considerably - they should be the first cab off the rank and into production. Now they just have to wait for their mining lease application to be granted .
