as jako said, you can exercise oppies anytime..........years ago, it was only say, twice a year.
unlisted oppies...same same.....in fact i hold ZTA oppies with a strike of 10c, so, i'm hoping a good deal will get the SP moving, then i can exercise the oppies in order to monetize them
