NTI. Ok, I will just say that even if a treatment is used in a clinic and costs a lot of money and is inconvenient as you say, that doesn't prove it is efficacious. I think you need to be able to prove efficacy in both settings to really de-risk this. 1. Does the treatment work?, 2. Can it be scaled down to be used at home? Signing a take-or-pay manufacturing contract for $18 million is a liability and quite a large amount for a product just being launched and is also notably high compared to current cash balance.
