Yep, that is probably right, and the car took over from the horse really quickly once the tipping point was reached.
The real sticking point may be working through the liability insurance issues I guess.......as I doubt insurance companies will absorb any teething issues of a new technology......so I guess it will be taxpayers via the government......as usual......
