The issue with EPT is that the Board consists of experienced personnel that previously served in big pharmaceutical companies. They don't understand the need for consistent newsflows at the smaller end of the market, thereby resulting in sentiment loss.
The use of RAP as peer comparison did well for those that got in the public offer, but ultimately the company needs a solid flow of news to keep their investors in check.
