Those that follow the king of Tesla will know that the next 10-12 years will be of real significance when it comes to clean energy.
1) China commits to produce as much clean electricity by 2030 as USA does from ALL sources today
2) India commits to sell only electric cars by 2030
You have two of the world's biggest population declaring green. This looks to be the trigger of the next upward cycle for resources as all new energy metal prices may start going up. Aside from the usual suspects, consider V, Ni, Mn, Ta, Sc, Sn, Zn - I'm sure I've left out a few more.
I'm banking V and Mn to be the next movers. The only question left is when.
