Nice.
PNL my preferred near-term producer. Fantastic project npv and largely de-risked. Only concern for me when you talk about 20-year LOMs in the coal/o&g sector, is what the market will actually look like in even, 5, 10 years' time. Don't think it will matter in getting to that $1.50-2 range and only real immediate risk is a plummeting natgas price and substitution effect.
The junior is CBS btw. Seems like very little downside.
