Jezza I think Dexus is mostly a commercial property investor, so office, industrial, retail properties. Thats more of a play on yields I think, so short if interest rates are rising maybe.
For exposure to apartments, the banks are as exposed as much as anyone, GMC genworth mortgage corp. Developers sure, but you have filter out pure listed apartment stocks. Mirvac would be one but they also have low density housing which is more stable. Alot of recent apt development is Chinese or unlisted private capital.
