The Brandbase merger is over. what's next?

Just saw this this morning, looks like WFL is nowhere in the picture. Given the CR was mostly for integration of the Brandbase components, surely this CR process is out the window as well. They must be scrambling for another justification for a CR besides being desperate for money to survive. The threads are fast unraveling.

Oh, and this rampant speculation is all the company's fault for not communicating ANYTHING for the last month, until they come out with something factual I am free to speculate how I see it. Can't argue with the news below though.
