The break is coming. However it has to maintain above 30 cents consistently and we may need either more time, or more market sensitive info to assist.
Yesterday as a I said .28 was a good entry price and sale around 30 was excellent.
Just notice .295 taken out and we are back to .29.
We may have to wait again for a decent break above 30 cents
