It wont be a matter of 'if" . We will get the ML's granted. The process as I understand is as follows assuming the intel is spot on.

. TO's Approved Native Title Agreement - Tick (Done)
. CLC Executive execute the TO's Agreement - August
. NT Govt executes its all care and no responsibility sign off- August
. Fed Minister executes the TO's Agreement - August (so long as the b/crats make it a priority)
. NT Dept Mines and Energy issues ML's - Sept early or thereabout. Again B/Crats involved..
. Mine Development Finance - TNG & Financier !!! I would hope lined up and ready to execute on ML's Granted and TNG FID. (Sept) or thereabout...

The only thing I see slowing this down is the administrative 'PROCESS' involved.

Beyond this point, the TIVAN development and TiO offtake comes into sharper focus and reality.

Lots of work involved. But hey...its a big project and the ramp up of activity is going to be exciting to watch. When to sell stock is going to be an interesting decision...
