Even though financing is progressing, for sign off one of the conditions precedent would be for a signed CLC and mining lease.

If this key condition is not met as scheduled, financial projections become too outdated and need to be redone for the banks risk parameters, hopefully TNG has a robust financial model that can be updated as soon as CLC and mining leases are signed to relodge with the financiers.
