A picture (chart in this case) speaks 1000 words. It's depressing to see where the other players moved on a few fluffy announcements, where as we have the dots joined and yet can't raise a whimper of support.
Management lost my vote, long term heavily loaded in TNG and would be dumping my position if SMS were not so involved despite the fact I'm 6 foot underwater.
