A 14c close - today or later in the week- will be the best close since the start of June and will signal a new uptrend within the trading range of the last few years. That trading range top would give a near term target of 18 - 19c.
A granted mining license might be a possible trigger to break out and close above 19c which would signal much higher prices.
First things first - a close of 14c would be a good start.
